After getting married and starting his own family, the homeowner purchased this house from his father with hopes to build his dream home. With plans to update and add to the house, they wanted their home to be current in terms of style and functional for everyday life. In addition to updating the kitchen and main floor, they wanted to add a large master suite above the garage, complete with ensuite bath and custom cabinetry.
Working with the builder to work within a desired budget, a plan was developed for their dream home that the owner was satisfied with. The resulting renovation is exactly what they had wished for. The exterior of the home is transformed and the interior is gorgeous and new.
